Booking and Payment

We only accept guests who stay a minimum of two nights.  

All reservations have to be confirmed in writing with a list of the guests as well as their age. This enables us to chose the right unit for each guest.  

A 50% bank deposit is required to confirm any booking. We will send you our banking details. The full outstanding amount needs to be settled 1 month prior to arrival.  

Any last minute cancellations are invoiced as follows:

50%: less than 4 weeks before arrival.
100%:  less than 2 weeks before arrival

2019 Rack Rates

Adults:

Double luxury room:  3500 N$ per person.
Single luxury room:   4500N$ per person.

Children:

Children under 12 years of age, sharing the family unit
with their parents: 2500 N$ per child.  

Children 12 years and older pay full price.  

We regret that the lodge is not suitable for children under 7 years of age.

General Conditions

Includes: Breakfast, dinner, afternoon coffee and home-made cake as well as welcome sun-downer drinks, soft drinks, local brand spirits and beer. LUNCH ON REQUEST.

One bottle of our carefully selected wines is offered per couple per day.  

Check-in is from 15h:00 p.m. onwards.
Check-out before 12:00 a.m.

No pets allowed.  

Katiti’s is non-smoking. Guest are allowed to smoke on the terraces though.
